Peggy N. Brewer works in pastel, water

media and  other media, using expressive color and an impressionistic style.  Her art is fresh with shimmering colors. 

She has been widely exhibitied in solo, regional  and local shows in Southeast Michigan.  The artist is a member of the Great Lakes Pastel Society, Brighton Art Guild, Ann Arbor Women Artists, and others.  She was awarded "Best of Show"  by juror Mark Mehaffey in the "Art Harvest" exhibit in Howell, Michigan in late 2009, and recently received a red ribbon in Brighton Art Guild's Kaleidoscope Exhibit.

Peggy also works in three dimensions creating art books and boxes and art forms which combine the written and visual languages.
